At Fodostack, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not fully satisfied with our photography services, you're entitled to a full refund, subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Refund Process
  • Request: To initiate a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your images, detailing the reasons for your dissatisfaction.
  • Review: Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it. We might contact you to understand your concerns more deeply or to offer a solution that might address the issues you've pointed out.
  • Refund Approval: If your request adheres to our refund policy criteria, we'll process the refund within 7 business days.
3. Image Rights upon Refund

If you are granted a refund:

  • Retention of Images: You must agree not to use any of the images provided for any purpose. All rights and licenses granted to you for those images will be revoked immediately.
  • Deletion: You must delete all digital copies of the images provided and destroy any physical copies produced.
4. Exclusions
