Fodostack offers product photography services as described on our website and in any communications or contracts we might provide.
Fees for our photography services will be as described in our quotes, invoices, or as communicated to you before we begin service.
Upon full payment and delivery of the images, full intellectual property (IP) ownership of the images is transferred to you. You have the unrestricted right to use, modify, and distribute these images as you see fit.
Unless explicitly stated by you, Fodostack retains the right to use the images for promotional purposes, in portfolios, and as deemed necessary by Fodostack. If you wish to restrict Fodostack from using the images, please explicitly communicate this to us in writing.

Fodostack will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability under any circumstances will be limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific services rendered.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fodostack, its employees, and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to content provided, your use of our services, or violation of these terms.
Fodostack reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Updated versions of the terms will be posted on our website and are effective immediately.
These terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Tennessee, USA. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tennessee, USA.
